2. What data we process
Only what you give us when you write to us, call us or use the contact form (which opens your own email app): your name, your email or phone number, your website address and whatever you tell us in your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy also applies. We do not ask for any special categories of data.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare the concept you request, send you a quote and, if we work together, manage our business relationship.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we reach an agreement, performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5. How long we keep it
While we handle your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you are a client, for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. Some providers process it on our behalf to deliver their services to us: web hosting and email (Cloudflare, Inc.) and the artificial intelligence tools we use to prepare concepts (Anthropic, PBC).
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, ask for restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@gpt.uno.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner.
We only store the language you choose in your browser (local storage), so we can show you the website in that language next time. That information never leaves your device. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the website from attacks.
